Noelia and Amadeo wanted their engagement session to be an ode to two great loves: each other and Long Island City.
I met them at one of their favorite neighborhood bars, then photographed them throughout the streets they love before we headed toward Gantry Plaza State Park. We explored the docks, the old gantries, and the iconic Pepsi-Cola sign as the light changed over the East River.
Long Island City gave me plenty to work with, but Noelia and Amadeo have personalities and smiles far too big to be overshadowed by any skyline. They are born stars, and I was happy to shine a light on their connection and the neighborhood that already held so much meaning for them.
